The Carousel collection, designed by Sebastian Herkner, consists of a small armchair and a lounge chair. The structure, made of oval aluminum tube and sheet metal, can be assembled with a shell in different materials: an innovative fabric in polyester fiber Fiber Fill with modulated density and woven from different materials. The characteristic element that defines the design of the product is a three-dimensional enveloping aluminum armrest. The seat and backrest are connected to the structure by means of stainless steel screws.

The use of polyamide allows us to minimize the cross section of its feet without sacrificing the texture of a structurally solid armchair. Steel rounds, which form the design motif of the backrest, are fixed to the structure: these rounds are welded by spraying, according to a process which allows a technically cleaner fusion of the rounds, with a better finished aesthetic effect and therefore a lower risk of rust. The stretched sheet metal of the seat is hot-dip galvanized, for high resistance outside, and is also spray welded to the structure. As with all EMU steel products, cataphoresis pretreatment and the subsequent application of a thermosetting powder coating are planned; the product is thus coated with a layer of paint of uniform thickness, with a high degree of adhesion and resistance. Nylon caps at the ends of the feet makes it easier to protect the product and to move it.

RIO R50 is characterized by a steel tube structure ASFORM , a high quality steel with high mechanical capacities and great resistance to weight. The special feature of the steel tube is the very visible "R" in the area between the seat and the backrest. All welds of the structure are made with Ming technology, which guarantees greater durability and reduces the risk of rust, while for greater precision, the trellis in round steel is electro-welded to the structure. As with all steel products EMU , a pretreatment of cataphoresis and the subsequent application of a thermosetting powder paint are carried out; the product is thus coated with a layer of paint of uniform thickness, with a high degree of adhesion and resistance. Nylon end caps at the ends of the feet helps protect the product and move it better.
