Eligibility for free transport
Transport will be offered to you from 790 euros TTC of purchase for any delivery to be carried out in Metropolitan France on the whole of our catalogue with the exception of :
- barbecues and planchas
- summer kitchens
- parasols and pergolas
- special offers (promotions, sales, private sales and clearance sales)

Terms of delivery
Before placing an order on our site, we ask you to check the tonnage limits and road accessibility conditions of your delivery address. Indeed, we deliver our goods with a 19 ton truck.
If your delivery address has a tonnage limit that prohibits access to vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, delivery will still be possible, but with a light commercial vehicle. This will result in additional costs for the recipient. In this case, we advise you to contact us before placing your order on our website. We will then be able to give you the exact cost of transport.
Transport and delivery
ATTENTION, the transport does not include the installation or the assembly of your products. This is a transport service only: the pallets are deposited in front of the delivery address without unpacking, assembly or return of the packaging. For goods packaged on pallets, the evacuation of the pallets is the responsibility of the recipient. Appointments are made on a half-day basis.
We offer a delivery service by a professional furniture transporter which includes assembly, installation and return of the packaging. This service is available exclusively for deliveries in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) and the eastern Var (83).
Findings of damage
As the recipient, you are obliged to check the condition of the goods with the driver. According to the transport code, you have 20 minutes to do this. Only sign the consignment note when you are sure that the goods are in good condition. In case of damage, you will have to notify it imperatively on the bill of lading, send us a copy as well as pictures of the damage.
