The ENOSIGN 80 stainless steel gas plancha by ENO with stainless steel lid combines contemporary design, a generous cooking surface and premium construction. Its marine-grade 304L stainless steel body offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for regular outdoor use, including by the sea.
Its lifetime-guaranteed multilayer enamelled cast iron plate ensures even and precise cooking. The 3 high-efficiency circular cast iron burners provide fast heat-up, with temperature control from 150 to 360°C for searing meat, fish, vegetables or seafood.
The included stainless steel lid effectively protects the cooking plate from dust, leaves, weather and UV rays. Extra-flat, it features an insulated aluminium handle and soft-close hinges for smooth opening and closing. The gas regulator and hose are not included.
