The ENOSIGN 65 stainless steel gas plancha by ENO combines contemporary design, cooking performance and premium construction. Its marine-grade 304L stainless steel body offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for regular outdoor use, even by the sea.
Its multilayer enamelled cast iron cooking plate ensures even and precise cooking. The 2 high-efficiency circular cast iron burners provide fast heat-up, with temperature control from 150 to 360°C for searing meat, fish, vegetables or seafood.
Practical and easy to maintain, the ENOSIGN 65 plancha features high moulded edges, a juice evacuation channel, a stainless steel collection drawer and 4 adjustable feet. The gas regulator, hose and lid are not included.
