Description
RIO R50 has a structure in ASFORM steel tube, high quality steel with great structural capacity and great resistance to weight. The steel tube is distinguished by a clearly visible "R" in the junction area between the seat and the backrest. All the welds of the structure are carried out using Ming technology, which ensures greater resistance and reduced risk of rust, while for greater precision, the round steel mesh is electro-welded with structure. As with all steel products in the EMU, cataphoresis pretreatment and the subsequent application of a thermosetting powder paint are provided, which makes it possible to cover the product with a layer of uniformly thick paint with a high degree grip and resistance. Nylon end caps at the ends of the feet helps protect the product and move it better.
