5. How long will your data be kept?

Les Jardins du Sud only keeps your Data for the time necessary for the purposes set out in Article 3.

When you contact Les Jardins du Sud using the various contact forms or the telephone number, your Data will be kept for three (3) years from the last exchange with Les Jardins du Sud and then deleted.

The Data collected in the context of the use of the Site are hosted by the company Monarobase, 3 Avenue René Laennec 72000 Le Mans, whose servers are located in France.

As a result, your Data is transferred within the European Union for hosting purposes.

By using the Site, you accept that your Data is transferred to these servers.
