Description
RIO R50 is characterized by a structure in ASFORM steel tube, high quality steel with high mechanical capacities and great resistance to weight. The special feature of the steel tube is the very visible "R" in the area between the seat and the backrest. All welds of the structure are made with Ming technology, which guarantees greater durability and reduces the risk of rust, while for greater precision, the round steel mesh is electro-welded to the structure. As with all EMU steel products, a cataphoresis pretreatment and the subsequent application of a thermosetting powder paint are carried out; the product is thus coated with a layer of paint of uniform thickness, with a high degree of adhesion and resistance. Nylon end caps at the ends of the feet helps protect the product and move it better.
