  Batyline:  Perforated fabric woven in polyester wire, sleeve in PV, from the brand BATYLINE, easy maintenance and resistant to outdoor bad weather conditions.

Steel rods, which form the decorative motif of the backrest, are fixed to the structure: they are spray welded, according to a process which allows the rods to be fused together in a technically cleaner way, with a better appearance and therefore a lower risk of rust. The stamped sheet of the base is hot dip galvanized for great resistance to the outside and is also spray welded to the structure. As with all EMU steel products, pretreatment by cataphoresis and the subsequent application of a thermosetting powder coating are carried out; the product is thus coated with a layer of uniformly thick paint with a high degree of adhesion and resistance. Nylon end caps at the ends of the feet makes it easier to fix and move the product.

RIO R50 is characterized by a structure in ASFORM steel tube, high quality steel with high mechanical capacities and great resistance to weight. The special feature of the steel tube is the very visible "R" in the area between the seat and the backrest. All welds of the structure are made with Ming technology, which guarantees greater durability and reduces the risk of rust, while for greater precision, the round steel mesh is electro-welded to the structure. As with all EMU steel products, a cataphoresis pretreatment and the subsequent application of a thermosetting powder paint are carried out; the product is thus coated with a layer of paint of uniform thickness, with a high degree of adhesion and resistance. Nylon end caps at the ends of the feet helps protect the product and move it better.
